Paths may differ. Not everyone is meant to share your vision. While the end goal may be the same, the path to achieving it may differ.
Jealousy. Beware, the devil is not going to show their horns. Some people you try to help may be resentful and angry. Their only mission is to try to sabotage you.
Levels. You can’t help someone level up to 10 when they are comfortable on level 2. If you want their life to change more than they do, it will never work.
Share the load. Are you and that person sharing the workload equally?
Wins and losses. Are they only here for the wins? When you’re down bad, are they also there?
Checkin. Who checks in when they need absolutely nothing from you?
