Ways To Sneak In Exercise

✳️ Instead of using the elevator, take the stairs.

✳️ Park further away from the store entrance.

✳️ During every commercial break, do x amount of squats, pushups, etc.

✳️ Embrace walking more places.

✳️ Spend time outdoors with your kids playing activities such as tag, hide- and-seek, and basketball.
