I take great pleasure awakening and being enveloped by an array of plants. This begins with nurturing small seeds or cuttings, ensuring they are properly watered and planted in appropriate soil. I am eagerly anticipating any signs of new growth. Each morning, I draw back the curtains to allow sunlight to energize the space, positioning all plants near the window. I diligently tend to each one by watering and dusting. I delight in witnessing new shoots emerging from the soil, which fills my with joy and motivates me to dance, knowing my care has contributed to the thriving large leaf. I welcome the tranquility and fresh air they provide, truly appreciating the profound beauty of plants.
This has significantly benefited my meantal well-being. It is a part of my daily routine. Not only do I derive pleasure from it, plants are also very beneficial. They have the capacity to mitigrate stress, enhance air quality and elevate one’s mood. My initial plant was a snake plant, which I recommend to beginners. Snake plants can withstand low light conditions and do not require frequent watering.
